I am a chartered Clinical Psychologist with experience working with people with a broad range of mental health difficulties, physical health problems, and neuro-psychological presentations; I also work with people who wish to manage issues of general well-being or consider personal development. Whatever my role, I am patient, collaborative and empathic in my style.

 

I am integrative, drawing from a range of evidence-based models including cognitive, behavioural, systemic, psychodynamic and positive approaches to tailor an approach to suit the circumstances. I undertake therapy with individuals, couples, families and groups; and specialist assessments (on request).I also offer consultation and supervision.

 

I believe in equality, and I treat everybody with respect and dignity.
